I just want to share some of the common questions i've experienced during an interview and how to answer it. I think this would helpful to newly-grad students in applying for the job for the first time. You can Share some of your answers to a different/difficult questions not listed here......

What are your specific goals for the next five years / ten years?
-tell the hr with just an overview of my goal for five-ten years
What are your expected salary range?
-try to asked the hr with "what is the typical salary range for this position,?" if dili sya mo answer and mo-insist on salary range, provide ko ug reasonable nga range.
What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?
-tell them what have i've learned from life's setbacks
Are you overqualified for this job?
-tell them the manager some benefits of being over-qualified
What will you do if you don't get this position?
-be confident of my skills, abilities and knowledge and sell it to the interviewer
Why shouldn't I hire you?
-outline your strengths and weaknesses to the hiring manager
