I hired another programmer from STI Tacloban. Same procedure. I use photo reading when evaluating their personality and how they think and behave through YM and phone interview. He also passed in our test program.

This new employee will join our team this coming Monday. So technically speaking, I have 3 programmers all full-time employee.

@tokidoki, naa lng koy pangutana nimo, nganong d man unreliable ang readings nila nga ni-agree man ang nagpabasa nga ingon ato sila? dili man tood specific like when ka gipanganak, pila imo edad, naa kay anak, pila mo sa family, pila imo grades etc pero still nahibaw-an nila ang personality sa tao maski sa picture lng sila nagtan-aw and they still got it even though daghan au personality sa mga tao. dili ba? just my opinion lng din ha.
