no worries. I will also call my ninong whose a Judge at the Regional Trial Court. I'll ask him some "free" legal advice with regards to this. I'm pretty sure he's familiar with this kind of case because he handles mostly cases like this. I already texted him. I'll call him when he gets home...

i've read his posts and it seems nga dali ra siya itrace where he works and whats his position to that company. katong gusto mo file ug complaint mas maayo if makakuha mo sa iyang full name.

i texted my ninong and he's on his way home. I'll call him rightaway para makahibaw ta what legal actions can you do and what are the possible cases can a prosecutor can file on your behalf. I'll post it here. Perhaps makarecommend pato siya ug Fiscal(a prosecuting attorney) nga maduol nato didto or pwedi pud mo muduol sa PAO(Public Attorney's Office).
