Bati pa jud ni Red Mobile. I would like to share it to you.
I loaded P50 on April 26, 2009. I must consume it by May 01, 2009. P50 is for 5 days. So my balance is P50. On May 01, 2009, I loaded P200 which is good for 30 days. I still have P41 remaining when I loaded my Red Mobile last April 26, 2009. So now I have a balance of P241.
On May 02, 2009, I checked my balance and it was already P200. It has to have P241. I didn't use my Red to text or call at that time. I was not surprise with this because 2 days prior to this, I have called the customer service representative asking if my previous load would still be retained and the customer service representative said no. If the load is good for 5 days, it is for 5 days lang even if you load P200 which is good for a month prior to the expiry of the old load.
I am a Globe prepaid subscriber also. In my experience with globe, the loads' expiry would be the last and latest load expiry. An example is when you load P15 which is good for 1 day. If I load P300 on the same day, the P15 load would still be carried over because the latest expiry is 2 months for P300. This is the same with Sun Cellular.
For me, unfair ang Red Mobile. we are forced to use our load na wala na hurot. I don't know with Smart if it is like this. Basta ang Globe and Sun are not like this. I won't be using my Red Mobile in the near future.
Care to share your opinions on this. Thanks

smart uses the same system as globe in the sense it carries over the value of the load as you have stated.
That's a good point you have there. Hope alot of people would read your post and realize how unfair red is.
Anyone else here who is using Red Mobile? Can you give your opinion regarding the services of Red Mobile and etc? Thanks
red mobile still has few cell sites.. etc.
