    Default unsay makapataas ug hangin/dugay kapoyon


    Dali ra ko mahutdan hangin kun magjogging o duwa basketball o bisag unsa nga cardio excercise ......
    Naa bay pill/supplement/vitamin nga makapataas sa hangin?.....kanang dili delikado ha.....40 yr old plus na man gud ko...hehehe
    Pls post.....thanks

    best advise i can give you is go see a doctor first.
    basin naa ka deperensya sa heart mao nga dali ka kutasan.

    that's one of the symptoms.

    haha kanyahay ra dali ka kutasan...thats one sign of aging...para nako if ganahan ko mu taas ako hangin kay mag set kog goals..example krn buntaga jones hantod colon mag jog for 3 days..then after ana mango to colon ako i jog..then longer..until it keeps going longer..

    mao na ako style para mutaas ako hangin..and before you know it..taas na kaau kag hangin ana

    dili man kaayo mobo akong hangin bro, 400 meters jogging sugod na ko hangak, then another 400 mtrs diwalwal na jud akong dila, pero dali ra mauli-an akong kakapoy, then jog na pud. Kana usually ang akong jogging practice, jogging for 400-500 meters, then walk for 10 mins then jog again.
    Ang akong gusto nga ma straight nako at least 3km.

    i think gradual jud na ang imu exercise. since ng.start man ka 400m jog, sunod mga 800 na, then 1.2km and so on. at least 4 days to a week for each para slow and steady but sure results.

    Dugay na bro (maybe 10 yrs plus na), sa una once per week/2 weeks (medyo tapulan pa kaayo ko), pero for this last 2 years, at least 2 times/wk na. Wala jud mo increase akong hangin.

    See a doctor bro kay kanang 400 meter pwerteng duola ana katunga ra na sa oval unya kutasan naka knowing almost ten years naka jogging basin heart desease nana siya or naa ka asthma, basin obese ka bro dali ra kaayo ka kutasan.
