r u asking our NLE (National Licensure Examination) sa pinas in comparison sa NCLEX sa US? ask lang ko basi sayop ako sabot. kung sa pinas na setting lahi ra gyud kaau.

u wud see the difference gyud but ang CGFNS is based ang format sa NCLEX. so matud pa nila, though not statistically proven via research na ug pasar ka CGFNS, naa ka dako chance mo pasar ka sa NCLEX.

usa ra gyud ako masulti, whatever u have read sa NCLEX reviewers authored in US is actually happening in THEIR SETTING! dili pareho sa atu-a na libro sa US gi base-san but mag rely ka sa resources nig trabaho nimo.

one big difference is the way they do CRITICAL THINGKING! kung gi unsa nila pag mold ang mentality sa usa ka nurse na mahimo patient advocate, ang pag exercise sa 3 roles sa nurses, etc...nurses here dont just sit around and/or wait for doctor's orders, they do watever they can prior to higher treatments, they have certain protocols to follow that they wud be liable to if di nila ma perform.

example: ang ER nato diha ky wa ta lay-out sa protocols per cases like if a patient falls into a possibility for cardio problems. here they have those policies and nurses should know wat to do first even without MDs orders. kung chest, head trauma lahi pod and the list can go on!
