what if i don't have enough experience? i mean, i just have 6mos experience in a call center.. i find my experienced on that job more advantage because i'm from tech support.. particularly all-in-one printers.. which lexmark have the same products as well.. i wish to apply but i hesitate to do so.. do i still have chance to be a part on this company?

it depends on how you can pull it off with the interview.if they think you deserve the position they won't hesitate to hire you. products vary from all-in-one inkjets to mono, colored, multi-function laser printers. as far as i know, lexmark is planning to add an additional 400 heads by the end of this year.

nag cge paman ug hire sila.. pero if you want to apply just because nahan ka maka adto sa US, then ayaw appply for call center department, kay wala na silay palargahon ana nga dept. basi rana sa akong nadunggan ha..

pero sa lain na dept, like research and development, magpadala pa sila pero dili pud tanan...

pero dako kaayo ka ug work load basta gikan ka sa US.. hahahaahah bitaw dili kaayo oi... pina spider man pa, GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITIES... lol

I've got lots of memories from LRDC, I was part of the pioneering team, the first 14 people hired by LRDC back in January 2001. Stayed with the company more than 5 years before I left the country.

I really hope Lexmark will still be around and grow, one of the best employers I had the pleasure of working with. I guess I was one of the lucky few who was able to spend more than half of my working years in LRDC in Lexington, KY (almost 3 years total). I hope they still send engineers to the US, lahi ra gyud ang experience, I think I'm a bit biased, coz during our time we were all pampered by the company.

*sigh* the memories of staying in Res Inn, Newtown Pike, Best Buy or Circuit City on Sundays, Kings Island ... and the long trips to Ohio or Gatlinburg TN. ... really missed those.

I used to have 47 per share and sold it when it reach to the peak sometime in 2005 and in 2003 I have 85 per share given to me by my good friends in Lexmark. - it's not really a big deal to me. I still have the stock under my name in UBS but I have less care about it anymore.

Not everyone are happy but for me I'm still glad that LXK helped me to where I am right now working with the biggest software company in world.

I miss having the Christmas season 4Q when we will have our second half LIP bonus and then Christmas bonus last party I had was in Shangrilla in Mactan and then 13th month pay and then everybody are happy :P

Pareha gyud ta, I'm still glad I worked for LXK, the experience I had there has brought me places. Best LRDC Christmas party for me was back in 2002, my worst was in 2003 where I had to spend Christmas in Lexington alone
