just recently my frends is a victim sa usa ka bar. di unta nako gusto nganlan but para aware ta tanan istoryans,the bar's name is "PUMP" kanang kilid grand convention.
we all know nga crowded jud na pirmi nga bar especially wednesday kay ladies night,so puno2x gyud . then nag order sila ,hatag ang waiter og menu...ila order is tag 800 nga bottle of vodka and 2 beer, 6 sila ka buok puro girls,gi pa sign dayon to ang isa og order slip nga blank,wala pa diha ang amount(explain2x ang waiter so syempre salig ka kay kita man sad ka sa amount on the menu) they stayed from 10pm til 3am,pero wala sila mangahubog kay syempre 6 sila kabuok gatabang sa vodka,i mean wala jud sila maigo kung baga...they just go there to unwind bah kay nag kita2x lagi sa ka busy sa work e di nag lingaw lang sa...
then wen they get their bill,gi charge sila og 1,400 nga ila expected is 900 ra unta or wa ra kaabot 1K. ila gikuwestion. defend dayon ang waiter syempre. kuha dayon sa menu. pagtanaw sa menu kay na 1,300 na ang bottle of vodka nga ila gi order,gipilitan og piece of paper and scotch tape ang price nga 800! wah!(kaingon siguro nga nangahubog ang mga girls). ingon ang waiter nga old menu kuno diay to ang nahatag kay ni increase naman daw...so ngano man nga naay old menu
? ngano gipagawas pa man ang old menu og ihatag sa customer??sounds fishy... so they call me up para magpatabang. giadto namo ang manager,mao gihapon ingon nga ang old menu kuno to. ila pa gilabanan ang waiter,mao pay nag inisog. so siguro ila siguro ni mga empleyado nga modus basin wa kahibalo ang owner nia ani nga bar.
so because im a public servant,i told my friends na will bring this issue to "imbestigador ni mike enriquez",when they've heard it,they settle it and gipabayad sila sa ila nakita nga price sa menu which is 800 + the 2 beers. then nag sorry2x...
ive been recieving a lot of complaints like this about ana nga bar,so bantay2x nalang mo kay tingale kamo unya musunod. but in fairness sa uban bar,naa man gihapon honest and profeesional makig deal sa customer siguro lang kaning "PUMP" mga unprofessional ang mga empleyado,taga kilid ra nakuha unya naa pay crowd nga mga toooooot ang mga baye, gihimo ra sumsuman sa mga foreigner. whatta f**k!
the lesson:
1-take a look first sa price sa imo gi order
2-u have to see to it that the amount in the order slip is correct before u sign it
3-upon recieving the bill,review what u order and tanawa ang amount if insakto ba,then pay
4- or pag mag beer2x lang ka,pwede ra pay dayon bahala isa2x imo order para dili malimot og timan-i ang waiter kay usahay limtan2x ang sukli then ask sa receipt(kana kung sigurista jud)
