it was during 4th day of training when our trainor taught us how to use the attendance. when i was accessing my HRIS i got locked out i think i typed the wrong pw 3x coz it's very case sensitive so while he was teaching the class i was talking to the IT. How do i know what he taught? He said after i talked to the IT to ask my seatmate how to do it. Then my seatmate taught me only how to access or view the attendance, he didn't told me about the submit thingy.
It was a lesson for me, now I'll never fail to submit it. thanks to allan, the HR for teaching me.

It's ok. I made a mistake here.
It should have read, Sykes invests HEAVILY on Training. They send people to the US for Lean Six Sigma for example. I'm not immature and stupid to boast about this call center being the pioneer (though in reality it is).
There was this one poster who came in the thread and said to one of the posters:
"Taga convergys ko,
taga sykes ra ka."
Now everybody must stop messing this thread up. I'm not one up for arguing which call center is the best or not. To each his own. I just hate thread crappers and trash talkers. That's what caused all these.
If you so love your own callcenters then you can create a thread for that.
