sis, kung mag start ka sa imong review center, akong ipa-enroll akong sister didto, pramis! seryoso gyud ning akoa. You will be very effective gyud, kay based on your personal experience gyud na, you are in the trenches, so to speak. You can start small, and see how it goes. Bahala dili lang sa maka ginansya, bisan break even lang. Ang satisfaction ana is in knowing that you've helped people achieve their dreams, while doing something you love at the same time. Sus, kung mahimo pa lang noh, pang hakuton ang tanan mga nurses sa Pinas, i-transplant sa US. Hehehe.

I am very proud of our Pinoy workers. Pinoy nurses have a lot of things going for them. First, they are very hardworking, detail-oriented and quality ang trabaho. Ma compare gyud na nako, coz I came from working with almost a 90% pinoy workforce to another branch nga ako ra ang Pinoy. Sobra ka lahi ang tinarbahoan sa mga pinoy kompara sa laing mga nationalities. I am so proud of that.

Another thing, pinoys speak really good english. In health care, communication skills are very, very important. No matter how good a worker you are, if you cannot communicate effectively with the patient, wala lang gihapon.

In my own opinion, pinoy nurses are a good investment. They have more things to offer than other foreign nurses, like the ones from China or India.

Also sis, have you heard of a non-profit organization who helps women specifically who want to start their own business? They even provide you with a business mentor, free of charge. Labi na karon sa policies ni Obama, they want people to start small-scale businesses, kay mao gyud na ang backbone sa America. Two years ago, when I started a small business, I researched all this, I approached this non-profit organization for women nga mo borrow ko ug capital. They were super nice and very supportive, they gave me a mentor who communicated with me, and they were ready to give me money after just a few days! Pero wala ko nidayon ug pangutang kay cleaning business man tong ako, gamay ra'g capital. The gov't will give you a lot of incentives, tax breaks and benefits if you start your own business.

mao nang resulta na magka gubot permi ang atoang balita kai di man tarong pag hatag sa taga media ang info regarding a certain event..
