Let us revive Marcos' way of dealing these criminals, because these criminals are killing young innocent victims...

AND do not use POVERTY as a reason that's why crime is very rampant...

Remember that there are other people who are trying to help our under-priveleged brothers and sisters, but these under-priveleged people will keep on relying to the people who are helping, they won't work but rather wait for graces to come in front of them....

i do believe there should be a stricter punishment for thieves who kill their victims. capital punishment could be an option i guess.
