The story is about a quite island/town in Oregon. The said town was founded by four people -- collectively known as the "Four Founding Fathers." However the four fathers committed murder by duping a group of Hansenites (those afflicted with leprosy) to enter into a contract in order to settle into their island.

Present day San Antonio Island Town is celebrating the founding anniversary of their quient town by the "Four Founding Fathers" with a monument to them in front of the town hall. Among the characters in the main story are the descendants of the founding fathers -- the mayor of the island town, the two main characters and her mother, and a drunk priest. But the spirits of the murdered hansenites would not rest and would like to seek revenge by seeking the blood of the founding father's roots.

kita nako ani last year. bati man ang plot. i wouldn't classify it as a great horror/suspense movie. the main reaso why i decided to watch it was because tom welling and his hot bod was there, hehe...
