mas maau e slave sa na imong harddisk sa pc nga naay updated og good antivirus then from their backup dayon sa imong mga files using that computer.. then e Format dayon nimo nya install balik OS.. then slave nimo balik ang harddisk then restore dayon nimo imo backup..

restart, F8 para safe mode with networking (para nay internet)
start -> run -> type msconfig, press enter, ad2 sa "startup" tab
pangitaa ang xpupdate.exe ug i uncheck
para sigurado, ad2 sa download.com, search ug malwarebytes ug i download
effective kaau ng malwarebytes, scan lang, daghan lagi nag ma kita trojan/spyware/malware...
