Hehe. I have to admit, I don't like Kolbe myself but I can't deny the fact that he's an awesome scorer and prolly the best in the NBA right now.

Will he gain the same Legend status as what MJ accomplished? Only time will tell. It's not just bout scoring. MJ's mental skills, great leadership, and his ability to make everyone around him do better... are things that made Jordan special. Kolbe has yet to prove that.

..Look there is only ONE Micheal Jordan. Kobe is doing a great job in making a name for himself. He is trying to make the number 8 a legend. While Lebron will always be in the shadow of Jordan, to which, in my own basketball knowledge, Lebron can't emulate.

There is a fine line between being confident and being cocky.... Kobe is slowly leaning towards being confident and not just being plain arrogant.... But he's not there yet.... When he humbles down and admits that there will be a better player than him in the future, then he's a legend in my book...

When the time comes when all that matters to him is WINNING, you won't see him just scoring 81 pts, you'll see him make game-winning blocks, steals, and instead of the game-winning shot, he'll make the game-winning pass, or even do the little things that don't show on the stat sheet.... Kobe is getting there. It would also be nice to see an arch enemy like larry vs magic, or michael vs Karl malone....
