POLICE arrested two waiters after they were caught videotaping a woman using the rest room.
Facing a complaint for unjust vexation are Jerry Canota, 28, and Benhur Cona, 20, waiters of Jo’s Chicken Inato on Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City.

This was after they used Canota’s cellular phone to record images of a female customer who was using the rest room.
A third companion identified as Benjie Collamat of Barangay Luyan, San Re-migio town reportedly got away.
They said it was Collamat who actually recorded the images of the female customer.
The incident took place at 11 a.m. Thursday.
The 28-year-old customer, who was reportedly attractive, went to use the rest room.
The stall of the toilet had a gap from the floor. While the woman was using the toilet, Collamat allegedly put the camera phone through the gap and began recording.
The customer noticed what was happening and began screaming for help.
Security guard Edwin Jakosalem and a policeman who happened to be dining at the restaurant heard her and went to her aid.
They arrested Canota and Cona. They also recovered the cellular phone and found the recorded images of the woman in the stall.
They were turned over to the Fuente Police Station.
A charge for unjust vexation is being prepared against them.
Canota hails from Bindoy, Negros Oriental while Cona is from Barangay Dalingding Sur, Daanbantayan.

hala woi... ka grabeh... wala nalang gud sila ni palit og DVD nga XXX sa colon... gusto gud sila ma priso...

buanga pud ana nila mga waiters oi.. dili kaha maapektohan ang JO's inato dira sa osmeña branch?
kung ila gepantasya ang babae, kutob nalang sa ilang huna2x.. dili pud na ingana na i video and pagpangihi oi.. buan2x jud mga waiter..
