c michael jordan...
we have to consider that jordan played during the 80's to 90's where the rule was "no blood, no foul". he went up against teams that played him really physical..most notably the pistons during their bad boy days and the new york knicks with anthony mason and charles oakley as their enforcers.
nowadays, the nba rules have been changed so much that you can no longer hold or grab the players giving them so much leeway in offense. the nba wanted to speed games up and make it more exciting in offense. heck, if jordan played today, he could possibly average 50 pts a game.
however, i do believe that LBJ has what it takes, including his passion to be a student of the game and willingness to be coached to go along with his immense ability, to be at par with jordan. as for kobe, not to take anything away from him, his drive and competitiveness, i just feel that he is one step lower in comparison nila jordan and LBJ (by the time LBJ hits his prime. we have to remember that he is only 24 years old yet).
