Express Mail is DTD (door to door)
Priority Mail/First Class Mail, kung gamay lang pwede nila ihatod but mostly you'll have to pick it up sa post office.

akong cd mga february pa nako napalit..its been 3 months na...wala gihapon wa pa jud to tracking number...how do i ask for it sa post office? mahatag kaha to nila?

USPS = cheap but hard/impossible to track. you only pay P35.00 for customs/tax.
UPS = more expensive than USPS but cheaper than FedEx, with tracking, customs/tax fees expensive.
FedEx = cost higher than USPS & UPS, fast and reliable with tracking, high customs/tax fees.
