yes kugi lang. i always agree on that.
yup i agree with silent kill on the part that we have to specialize on one part of the many aspects in 3d animation. modeller, rigger, animator, renderer. i'm fairly new with 3ds max and ive been teaching myslef for a year and a half now. But i dont totally agree that you have to go to a specific school to master your specific field. even if you do, then manila would be the best place to search first other than the established ateneo de naga who has 3d animation as one of its courses. There's no school/university yet here in cebu who would give a degree in animation. that's why there are forums, video tutorials, online tutorials, seminars or workshops and most often just from sharing experiences. and if your serious and driven about your craft, you'll always succeed no matter what. regardless if you have a 3d animation degree (i know navel academy arts has offers a degree in animation).
p.s alot of animators i know hail from bigfoot, 3dpinoy users (wish it'll be back soon), but i know of only one max user among the maya lot and that's arnel. but it doesnt matter now since autodesk bought alias. maybe next year or so, we'll probably see 3ds Maya. hehehe now that's something.
Hi, he said this was all made in 3ds max.
