ah ok.. naka G na ko mam, dre man ko nalibog sa imo previous post gud...dapat diay imong ingon is: kani nga medicine shud be given, w/n 1-2day after the diagnosis has been made ug confirmed na nga ang patient naa swine flu, sakto ba? hehe

so kani ila advisory nga " 7. Are there any medications against Swine Flu? Yes. Only Tamiflu and Relenza are effective against Swine Flu and must be given early, within 4-5 days of illness.

sakto ni mam d ba? coz at first mura man ka dili motuo ani nga post gud, sori if wla naku na mention dretso nga gikan na sa CDC nga advisory....kay bisan pa naa na ka symptoms dili pa man mailhan if swine flu ba jud na, if wla pa diagnosis ryt? w/c is w/n 4-5 days kay diha pa man ang shedding sa virus... sakto ba mam? hehe

it's ok mam.. this is nothing personal really, we just wanna want a healthy discussions ryt?

@manabu_kun: gi update na sa CDC, gihimo nang within 10-15 days LOL

Bitaw, if you believe 4-5 days, ok ra man na.

Bitaw oi, binata man ning estoryaha, it's embarrassing for it to have gone on this long. Mo stop nalang ta kay wala ni kahumanan, murag chicken or egg question. LOL

@vienzel: sis, I was watching the news ganina, and a health care worker was saying that people have been overcrowding the hospitals, going to the emergency room and demanding to be tested for H1N1 even without showing symptoms. We've had one or two people come in demanding that we sell them Tamiflu, I had to tell them it's a prescription med. Hurot2x ang mga hand-sanitizers ug face masks. The hospitals here, the employees are being told that if they feel sick and they're coughing, they should just stay home and not work, as a precautionary measure. It seems like it's gone overboard in some ways, but it's better to be safe than sorry, I guess.

Musta diha inyong activities, sis? Daghan ga panic mga pasyente?

manabu_kun and natalie, are you one and the same person? babae diay ka? mao diay nakalahutay ka'g lantugi? hahaha! bantug ra, pero at least daghan ka'g nakat-unan tungod ani nga discussion, murag na memorize na siguro nimo ang tibuok website sa CDC noh? Sorry kung ga minaldita ko ha before, mura man gud ka'g korek mangestorya from your very first post, and that coming from (I assume) knowledge simply acquired from browsing the CDC's website?
    Peace!

hehe mao2x, sakto... mura dre to nila gi-base ang advisory mam..

How can human infections with swine influenza be diagnosed?
To diagnose swine influenza A infection, a respiratory specimen would generally need to be collected within the first 4 to 5 days of illness (when an infected person is most likely to be shedding virus).

W/c cud be found on this link: CDC H1N1 Flu | Key Facts About Swine Influenza

sori mam if wla ko mutuo sa inyo correction, mura na set na man gud ako mind pagkabasa ato nga advisory but i really admired your eloquence, thanks kaau sa time and effort.. God Bless
