    there was a time daw nga nagmeeting cla with their OM. Staff man ako friend sa qualfon. kay ila daw account is all about prepaid phones. so most of the people in the U.S. shifted to prepaid for less....

    what's funny about it sir? when Qualfon compared with other BIG Call Center industries is still intact, "buyag" as Itchigo stated. i've got that source straight from Qualfon employee... my gf.
    confidentiality is not the issue here... but the sense nga wala dyud nataktak during those times. my gf and i discussed this over and over during dinner.
    naa hinoon nanghawa... some of her friends who happened to be in another call center.

Are you sure about that sir? still "intact" kay salary is not that competent with other call centers. ask your gf about their rates. they even deploy trainees bisan days or weeks pa gani nkatrain. then ievaluate nya ihagbong eventually kay wala kapasar sa evaluation. I have trainees and friends who are in CVG now. Ask your gf what she can say about the management of qualfon..

    Correct! I got the same issue with my friends who were ex-agents of qualfon. They said that they were trained only for about 6 days then they already hit operations and go on live calls just to compensate on the number of loss hours. Many agents were terminated bec of "NON PERFORMANCE" after 5 months review period and most of these agents were product of mismange.

    Come out and left your gf defend her company...

    just an fyi though... my gf and her friends (which are also my friends of course) are what you call "pioneer agents"... they have been into ups and downs.. but so far they are happy. there are times magkadungan pa gani mi kaon sa agents who are no longer connected with qualfon but their responses are quite possitive. some became call center hoppers... if you know what i mean.

    for your question though.. kaw nalang ask ana ngadto. all i can do is share what i know. hope you understand.

    I just love the working environment they have with qualfon. they way my girl would share it though is quite positive enough.

    Just an FYI darkdruid, I am not from Qualfon and NEVER will i join them! If i know so many information about the company that doesn't necessarily follow that i was once connected with them. I have reliable sources unlike yours, baised!

    I have not been busted with a company so you know! Am better off than what you think i am. Am connected in a company with a great pride unlike Qualfon!

    And oh, i hated Qualfon bec of mismanagement. If only they're open to suggestions from a mere agent then i would say that they'd become one of the best companies in the world!

    youre not the first one though... i've got friends who were connected and were disgusted.

    anyways, if management was so bad, then qualfon would have been closed. but as i come to know.. that for a baby company, they are about to expand... now that's one big positive news... anyways, am looking forward to their expansion.

    anyways, am no bias if you may please understand. i can even reply to you anytime of the day or night! that if im not busy. hahahaha. call centers like qualfon are night shifters by the way...

    anyways, you said your proud on the company you are in... then what company is that?

    As i've heard, Nag Expand daw ang qualfon and my friend said nga 1000 seats daw, mau sad ni nga company naka tabang ug mga jobless here cebu not just cebu pa jud so we should be bless and thankful sad... although naay bad comments naa sad kahatag na katabang sa atong dakbayan.. hehehe

    OT: @darkdruid: just a tip of advise.. be careful with your post.. don't judge the poster right away like you are such a PERFECT person! saying am "busted" by Qualfon is such a lowblow and you have no proof to tell me that.. (BASIN IKAW U R SUCH A LOSER) you still have to learn many things in this world.. go out and read.. read.. and read to learn even more!

    jobs for the jobbless.. its good to know they are expanding.. so lets see what the future holds! i just hope that TL's and HR of Qualfon has learned things so that their attrition would be that high. thanks and more jobs to all jobless!
