here's my view point in all of this...

As a viewer, it does not show how many strokes you've made to come up with a certain effect, so all this talk about how many click it takes for you to come up with an effect does not show mastery of the art or the software but mastery of the keystrokes. heck, even if it took a graphic artist 100 clicks to come up with an effect that some "masters" could do in 3 clicks it still wouldn't show, unless you explicitly put it in your artwork "Done with 3 clicks".

As someone who has been exposed to graphic arts for at least 10 years (being a printer, publisher, photographer and a filmmaker), I'd rather see manipulations that would make me ask "is that real?" or "how'd he/she do that?" rather than see manipulations that are pretty obvious.

@drkhero ok ra na bro uy, kana imo idea nga scan scan dali rana himuun sa flash basta kamao lang ka. kani ako avatar sa flash mani nakow gihimo. well back to the topic, about sa pic nga ako gipost ako ra2 gi draw sa bondpaper then ako giscan then do the colors and stuff in photoshop. heheh
