kana kung naa lage... sa amo-a kay wala juy free... as in wala jud... not kidding...
walay budget for team building. walay budget for free coffee...
althu dili na xa mao sukdanan..sakto si "bongoton"/ ang ako lang bahh char - char lang ba.. of corz dili na ang only reason nganu naka ingon ko nga worst..
so, aside from walay free coffee.tubig ra ang free.,Wala miy night diff , hourly ang sweldo. i mean if ma late ka og login for 1 min..(meaning dapat nag take na ka og kols exact sa imong sked,if not kaltas sa hourly rate nimo..)
nya unprofessional ang TL, in a way nga mag sige syagit sa floor if gusto nila mag meeting.
then ang comCen kay mo syagit if taas na imong after call. . .

I know which call center you are pertaining to....just for you to know they do have night differential because this is mandated by law if you work within 10pm - 6am you are entitled to it. the night diff would vary though what time your shift would start.

I know that you still works for this company, why don't you check your payslip if you really are not paid for night diff.

I can't seem to understand why you complain and still work for the company, if you don't like the company policy then QUIT!

halleluya to this.. kudos to the TS. this let people voice out why they think their company is worst..everybody has its own idea of what a good callcenter is and what is worst... so if one says this certain callcenter is worst for them and for others its not., respect and be open lang sa idea and not to take it personally,. bow..
