    environment will depend on the acceptance of one person. that's why there are pro's, and there are con's. about salary of any companies, if you dont like it, then its not for you. lisod or not --> it will also depend on the person if he/she feels easy with the account or maybe feel hard on it. Not all are the same.

    and correction, i have been there actually. i just went there to check out the place and inquire a bit. and actually, i also have heard about what igloo mentioned here, that they dont pay their employees overtime.

    and since this is a forum, i wanted to share what i know so far. so why such reaction darkdruid?
    My first comment on this thread could also say that anyone who is not so gifted with the English tongue can apply in that company and have higher chances in getting in. Or it could be anyone who thinks that they're not that good enough to pass in other highly-rated callcenters.
    In short, those who have low self-esteem (with regards to the english language) can somehow feel a chance of finally getting in a callcenter.

    well, as what i have observed from your posts, you do sound like someone from qualfon. you talk like them. i did notice some "obvious" grammar lapses and i have changed them into bold letters. y'know, people might misunderstand what you're saying if you dont say it right, especially if its not in our native language.

    I agreee. Istoryans are just commenting/stating their opinions, views, FACTS, etc to the topic "ASAY BATI qualfon or 1on1?" bisan rumors, hearsays or etc why feel affected and defend-to-death and drama?

    I have a different mentality. I work hard for the company. I dont say "Bahala nag ilaron, di bayran ang OT, force leave and such things basta naa lay work". If the management can't acknowledge/recognize my worth and effort then I don't want to stay and waste my sweat for them. I would be a hypocrite if I'd say that it's ok to be fooled and do some stupid stuff and receive half of what I am suppose to receive.

    I also have bombs against Qualfon but I'll just save it to myself. I never applied to that company I've heard so much negative stuff about the management and their system. It'll be a total waste of time and some years of my life if I'll work with them. lol

    HMMM IM just wondering if darkdruid and Ichigo are the same, or officemates, or brothers or whatever.. wala lang..they seem to have the same personalities.. i just dont know why they have the same thoughts, stuff, sentence construction etc.

    got friends from both companies. mas dako ang sweldo sa qualfon compared with 1&1

    ako no bias ko... am not connected to any telcom. coz i have my own source as my pride..

    what's funny about it sir? when Qualfon compared with other BIG Call Center industries is still intact, "buyag" as Itchigo stated. i've got that source straight from Qualfon employee... my gf.
    confidentiality is not the issue here... but the sense nga wala dyud nataktak during those times. my gf and i discussed this over and over during dinner.
    naa hinoon nanghawa... some of her friends who happened to be in another call center.

    then what can you say about these:

    1. Spending 1-2 hours after shift for team huddle and QA calib/talk can't be filed for OT.

    2. Receiving two skill set for TracFone and Net10 but is receiving one pay.

    3. PA (performance appraisal) is more or less 1k. (is this what they call PA?)

    4. Night Differential only 2 hours were credited instead of a fix hour from 10PM-6AM? how's that?

    these are the only few of the issues that i don't like in that company... go ahead and defend them now!
