i have plans on working on one of the prominent hospitals here in Cebu. my unta ang ako tita maka coordinate sa iyang friend para maka sulod ko dayon..

patience is a virtue gyud baya...basta update lang gyud sa inyo skills ky mao gyud ni ako sayop b4 which i have learned the hard way pag abot nako dri, huhuhu! but m ok now, hehehe!

always keep a healthy open mind sa learning process. i pray too that makasulod ka ug hospital. try diha sa hospital duol anang bradford gani? competitive pod na ila sweldo diha ba.

if i wer u, pass tanan application requirements all at the same time sa tanan hospitals diha ato-a. whether public or private. dont place expectation sa imo kaugalingon pra di ka ma-dismaya kung way mo tawag. padayon ug apply even asa na probinsya and do same process, someday naa ra gyud usa ana na manawag ba.

while waiting, make urself useful...kung asa na ang skills update, then kung makaya sa expense then do it. kung maka apply sad ka anang mga research jobs whether govt or private too better ky mas dako na sila sweldo based sa ila budget. wa lang ko kabaw asa ni but i have a friend who is here na sa US na mao ni iya job b4 n mas naa pa sya kwarta pag biya niya pinas!

how i wish sista! this is one of my dreams, k ra ni sa pinas sugdan but di ko ka-agwanta sa red taping and bureaucracy nato diha. kung diri pod hadlok ko mag maintain ky tungod sa IRS. i believe mag bond man ka guro sa ato-a if magstart ka ug kaugalingon na recruitment agency but kung mo tie-up lang ka mas easier pero limited imo scope. in fairness ky part na biya sa ako ang recruitment ky psych grad pod baya ko...(wa ko hambog ha)

i am actually thingking of putting up an NCLEX/CGFNS review center at the same time an english testing center as well. pero, cautious ko ky seasonal baya pod ang nursing halos tested and proven na between range of 4-7yrs ang peak and off season sa demand. lisod sa expenses...tungod man ni sa ako passion sa teaching mao i cant help but entertain this gyud!

another ky m planning kung makakwarta na mag put up ug another private out patient na negosyo mura bitaw ug Friendly Care na type gihapon. when this center started ky funded bya sila sa US and i dont know karon kung mao ba gihapon. kani income generating gyud ky COD baya ta sa ato healthcare sa pinas.
