We can't tell where to find these kind of people. In simple thinking, there is difference between loyalty and quick rich schemes.

Loyalty proves that you have strong working force. It means there is a possibility of bigger profit and your group's advantages in the future.
Quick rich people only works for money just follow orders and work with their own phase.
