naa ni xa road right of way ang owner sa (house & Lot) naa jud title nga gigunitan nag right of way na xa donated na xa...
dili lang xa ganahan nga ma pag-ibig kay ma repriced man ang value.... ang iyang pagbaligya sa lot same ra sad sa pagpalit nila base on the zonal value sa paknaan..(please see zonal value sa BIR)..
