ok tnx guys! i have Athlon X2 5000+ Retail Edition. I have MSI K9AGM-F V2 mobo, 2 GB Kingston DDR2 800 with stock psu 600w.

count me out, zero jud ko sa AMD but from what i'm seeing, the i7 is copied from this architecture so it i guess it follows the same process. 2 way to overclock:

a. Raise BCLK (base clock) and slightly raise QPI (with respect to bclk) which raises the frequency of the entire system.
b. Multiplier overclocking (only available on Black Editions). Of course, you can read the details through the link below:

This goes with voltage tweaks on the components and the usual stability tests. Simoko, has a broader experience with AMD having worked on black editions and the regular ones.

mag depend sad if wat naa bios option sa imo mobo

kato akoa x2 4800 gi lock nako to iya hyper transport link to 1 ghz
unya gi increase nako ang system bus hinay hinay lang pod taman asa pinaka stable @ stock tanan voltage

akong amd phenom x3 8650 2.3ghz na overclocked nako, naabot na og 2.6 nya stock fan ra gamit, akong mobo kay msi k9a2vm-f v2......
