I have watched Evangelion before. The story is nice but I really hate the "Techno-Organic" feel of the mecha in the anime.

I know a lot of people passed off watching this rebuild because they hated the original series, most particularly the last two episodes and shinji being an emotard.

for those who have seen this, you'll know that this is a distillation of the series, meaning it it cut down on all the useless crap stapled on the franchise and boiled it down to the original components that made it so good in the first place.

as for the sequences, they remained true to the original for the most part, i ended up digging for my old eva compilation on VCD comparing the scenes. you will find scenes that'll be very familiar, but this time rendered in beautiful HD format.

The angels are numbered somewhat differently here, too. POSITRON CANNON FTW!!! BLACKOUT SA WHOLE JAPAN FTW!!!

Walay klaro tong original ending sa Evangelion. Bsan katong remake kay for me, wala gihapo'y klaro. Sa ako nasabtan, sila na lang duha ni Asuka moy tao sa kalibutan or Japan i think..

so ila ibalik kini nga series but with better animation? like what they're doing to Dragonball Z? abi man nko movie ni oi. i really hated the ending sa original series, makalibog hehehe .
