yeah, na close ang prudential life. one thing i remember the chix in danvil said to me. since the name of their company is danvil / philippine prudential life they are not related to prudential life daw.
i dont know how true that is.

yes, mao pud na gi ingon atong customer service head nila sa amoa when visited danvil for cancellation of policy. totally independent daw ilang company.

hi guys nailad sad ko nila then niadto ko ila ofis sa sm magpacancell d daw pwede so nanawag ko sa ppl manila ofis im glad nga nastorya nko staff nila kay gipahimo ko og letter for cancellation then gitagaan ko nya fax number aron makacancell after 30 days.ako cya g inform nga dili maayo ang gibuhat sa danvill the way sila mo approach murag harrasment then aggressive kaayo.ako sad sis in law nagpacancell sa sm wala daw makancell ila kon wala pa nangisog ako brother wala makacancell

mo hatag gyud sila ug refund? until now wla pa ko refund, hinuon wla paman ni 30-45 days. but ni file lang pud ko ug dispute sa credit card nko... i really dont trust those personel sa danvil if ila ba gyud gi forward ang cancellation bcuz na posted na sa akong credit card ang amount.
