mga pila kaha ka km/L ang wave 125? any tips on where i could get one the cheapest? unsa puy mga requirements kung mag-installment plan?

well, based on our long rides going to the south and north the 100 - 110cc's dominate the fuel economy and that includes the mio which caught me surprisingly of its fuel economy. the bigger the displacement the more fuel it burns regardless of speed. nevertheless, if your travel goes uphill the bigger displacement bikes is more economical and faster. nahabilin mi mga lower displacement sa xr200 pagtungas sa transcentral highway.

it should be around 50 kms/liter city driving basta be gentle with the throttle lang, it will reward you back

not necessarily.. you still have to consider the piston bore/stroke, number of valves, number of camshafts, number of gears, sprocket combi (kung underbone), roller weights/flyballs (kung scooter) curb weight, etc................... daghan pa kaayo dapat i consider, displacement is just one of them..

as what i've said, its the torque that counts

    smaller engine = more economical

Speed/power has nothing to do with it. Driving habits na daugon.

    ok so what if i ask you, how about the fuel consumption of an 80cc 2-stroke versus a 100cc 4-stroke.. what about a 250cc inline-4 versus a 400cc V-twin? or how about a 150cc 2-stroke single-cyl versus a 400cc 4-stroke 4-cyl?

    care to expound your answer?

well 2 stroke consume more gas than 4 stroke.. i guess tackielarla is talking about 4 stroke underbone engines..

ok fine 4-stroke.. anyway, since we are talking about displacement here.. so how about a 250cc inline-4 (like a Bandit 250 perhaps) versus a 400cc V-twin? (like an early model Ducati perhaps).. 4-stroke na sila both of them.. since you insist that a smaller displacement is more economical by disregarding all the other factors

please read again the thread title i think its about fuel consumption not displacements. but yes you are right there are lots of other factors other than the displacements specially your talking about bigbike engines a lot different from underbones.. BTW, im not the one insisting...
