    wala pa jud. dia na ko mga downloads na yoga guide.
    proper time management na lang akong kulang.
    i've been busy jud.

    actually it's not the form is most inportance in yoga it's you inner body energy that how you control in harmony to make you self calm refresh staying in good condition.it's
    more deep that you think.you need to concentrate relax and imagine.etc....
