Which internal DVD 16x writer to pick?

I'm choosing between the Asus DRW 1608P2S and the Sony DRU-810a.

Both cost around 3.5K with the Sony selling for more at a 50pesos difference only.

Anybody tried using any of the 2?

got feedback from pc express na maayo daw ang LG na brand pud kay dili pilian og media? mao daw kasagaran reklamo sa customers sa asus and sony.

other sony and asus users, basin naa mo maikatambag pud..

Basin sa Software player na nimo bro? My Benq 1620 will play any pirated DVDs, but on some software players like Windows Media 10 wont play a pirated try nako og power DVD player mu play man without any problems.

Also I have experienced when playing naruto DVD sa Media player there is no sound when I switch to Power DVD mu play without any problems.

Software rana bro. Especially new updated dvd player software which has an improved security
and can't play P dvds anymore.
