How to cure?sakit jud kaau akong luyo.help!help!

pa check up sa cebu doc kang DR. Briones kay akong brother mao na gibati 4 years ago sige lang sakit ang iyang luyo ug bat -ang.. then last year mo na jud gi pa general check -up sa cebu doc, they found out

nga stage 4 na xa cancer of the spine ( metastatic carcidenoma) 9 mos in bed gahapon lang namo xa gilubong..

Wala ko kbaw tagpila per session bro kay wla man ko ask gud kay covered man tnan sa insurance..ngpasalamat gyd ko sa ako insurance.. Gpakuryentehan man to ako lower back gnina,kyawan gani ko pag 1st,pero tolerable rman diay xa,mura ra mamaak gmay, nd gi binat ako spine..

uy kaluoy pd oi CA naman dayon.. mao na advice lang mga bro & sis ug naay gagmay balation sa lawas, pa consulta jud dayon mo. dili lang ky inig grabe na sa condition mo pakonsulta kay lisud na kaayo na e treat. maypa adto ka ky Dr. Briones ky ug kinahanglan ka e therapy sa amo raman gihapon ka e refer sa rehab. para ma tagaan ka ug exercises pud at home...

Yup naa ko lumbar traction,,ang diagnosis sa akoa kay "R L4/L5 Radiculopathy man to".. naa man gud disc bulge ako L4/L5 sa MRI then usahay ngut2x ako legs, left ug sa right pero panagsa ra sa left, sa right kasagaran pero tolerable ra xa, complete sensation ghapon both legs.
By the way, ok ba gyud ang Lumbar Traction? kay sometimes lagi after the traction mu ngut2x na nuon gamay ako lower back (2nd session pa nako). then mag EMG/NVC daw ko in the middle of the session, sakit man daw na oi.

karn dli na kaau sakit ako lower back even before ko nagstart ug rehab, but then cge lang ngut2x ako right leg but tolerable..

Di man daw to TENS ang twag ato basta 3 letters xa "I--" kalimut lang ko, 4 pads xa na mukuryente.

ahh IFC ila gi gamit sa imo. Interferential Current na sir.. same ra na xa sa TENS for pain relief na. did you tell your therapist na maka feel ka ug "ngut2x" after sa traction? kay they could reduce the kg they used ky basin heavy ra ba or unsa gani they could inform the physiatrist.

unsa exercises ila ghtag? medyo sakit jd ng EMG NCV sir dagom mana itusok, test for your nerves and muscles. pero depende sa imo tolerance sa pain ang uban okay raman naa pd uban manghilak mga laki mu utong nlng. hehe

ahh mao ba sakit gyud diay na ang EMG NCV, huhuhu pwede d nlang mu undergo ana?
wala raman ko reklamo ako therapist kay mada raman.
wala cla hatag exercises which i could perform at home, pero ang mga exercises ako gi perform dd2 kay musandig ko sa wall then mu lower down ko. bending my knee while my back still stick to the wall, nd bending left nd right pud while my back still stick to the wall.. so wala man cla hatag exercises which i could perform at home so i suppose mao to mga exercises pwede nko i-perform sa blay..

aguy murag nag sugod nasad balik ako lower back pains... is this agen becoz of scoliosis??

what could have caused that?
unsa may activities nimu before the onset of that pain?

better consult the doctor..
there are a lot of conditions that present low back pain as a symptom..
