this customer was not and is still not happy, have you try checking why and what caused this?
this thread started as a promotion for your resort and you could see he had high praises for your place or at least he used to
a lost customer is a lost customer, but if you do not find out the reason why, you eventually will lose more customers
"promo" this is something a manager has control over as to when to give and not to
obviously you thought one guest is nothing, but as i turns out this guest has been good to you
it is never too late...chances are @djsparechange will visit camotes again, why not try ask him to try your place 1 last time...please...please...make sure it is going to be a pleasant experience
no i am not saying give him a free stay...but that would be nice
just try to meet halfway a little more discount than what "regular customers" get will be highly appreciated
