ok raman ang qualfon, i've been there for 7months. human kay ni awol ko... tungod sa ilang xmas party pag 2007

- no one can blame you. but know what? their xmas 2008 was a blast... i know coz i was the hatod sundo of mah "friend".

for those who would like to know more about Qualfon...here are some negative issues that i can share...

*walay klaro ang computation sa sweldo
*force to work on day-off and force to work OT (as in pinug-sanay jud)
*every week mag change day-off...and i've experienced working 10-13 days straight (that's really possible)
*meeting after work...NO PAY!
*team building...kanya-kanyang bayad.

but the good thing is...YOU HAVE A JOB!...ok mansad kung mo try mo, basin diay makauyon mo didto.

lol... yep, that's the worst scenarios of an employee.

I have a friend from qual and what she said to me was all negatives....

chicka diay kaayo? does he/she had any attitude problems? as far as i know people who comment so much negatives has their own personal issues...

I worked in Qualfon before pro 5 months ra ko taman. Naa cla Culture nga senority complex........However in some aspects maayo man cla..naka learn gani ko diha usaon pag pasensya ug pag manage ug irate..

i admire your post zenun... that inspite of the negative things you noticed, you still pose a good reason to stay positive... i really do admire you.

cguro kinahanglan nga naay maayo nga recruiting specialist para mo sala ug mo check kng naa bay mga attitude problem ang applicants dili lang cge ug panawat ug agent..Mura gud ug kng maayo lang mobasa script dawat dayon..You know attitude towards life (paradigm) maoy pikaimportante kay mao na ang mag palambo sa kompanya..Just my two cents..

as far as i know how long my friend had been in qualfon, there are actually positive things i've heard... which all sum up to "change"...

i've heard that qualfon's been operating here for 3yrs now. i dn't think they'll survive that long term if they're not doing well or taking care of their employees. before you demand for a great or big pay, be sure that you can actively participate and handle competent jobs. FYI, every call center has it's negative and positive comment. look at yourself as well..
