Communism in the Philippines would be good if you get a good leader. In my humble opinion, any form of government is only as good as its leader/s. Presently, I think a dictatorship under a good strong leader would solve half of our problems faster. But then again, good leaders are hard to come by.

I don't get what you mean with power diffused? Do you mean Power diffused = Power shared equally?

I believe there is No such thing. Not in this world or lifetime. There will always be leaders and servants. There will always be classes and differences. Its the law of the Universe. In short bisan unsaon, naa gyuy dagko ug gagmay whether things or people. Never in human history did people live in a "diffused power" society. Everyone will still try to get ahead of each other. Everyone will still step on each other's toes. A world where everyone tries to be ahead of each other will end in conflict. It's a recipe for disaster.

In your diffused power society, what if one day,someone will commit a crime. If this happens, who will enforce the rules? Everyone? Everyone is police & judge? Society needs a strong leader. One who will protect the weak & make sure the strong don't abuse their power. SOmeone who will see to it that everyone gets their share. History has shown societies with strong leaders showed great improvement.

Hehe.. even heaven has God, Arch-Angels, & Angels.. Come to think of it Hell has "diffused power" coz theoretically, Satan is NOT their leader. Every devil is his own leader. They may make or break alliances depending on their motives.. But they're not ruled by one. /bow\

communism( from what i've seen) inevitably produces a fascist government. Which makes it an oxy***** because communism is supposed to be stateless.
