franchising is so gud because there is already an existing system..but remember..it doesnt mean that you will succeed because you bought a franchise..there are factors that you must consider before buying 1like the franchisor shud have bin stable on the business and they own like 5 of their franchises..and most of all, involve yourself to the business jud..and maste yourself to it..

here is my sharing: this already happened months ago..wah lang nako ma share..


we had an auction in our office, units-dead monitors were sold at 1php ..fortunately for me i won the bid and bought office items at 1php...

another thing is that market value for the units i bought k at 100-150php..

steps made...

1. used my piso to bid and consequently won

2. sold the office unit at 150php...

3.bought again in the office using the proceeds during the first sale

3. sold unit at 100php

overall: cash on hand is 249php..

thus level 8 nako


learning from this:

strike while the iron is hot..since na a man opportunity..go for it. not everyone joined sa amo office auction, only those na a eye for business went thru the exercise..

my office mate..repaired a computer he won and from 1php he turned it to a 4K value..nahalin dayun
