    Hmm.. that's not to bad. remember 10 years ago MS tolerated this(piracy) practice, then slowly enforcing it. People started saying "ok ill buy a original copy". Also, a lot of tech experts predicted Apple will fail since the early 90's.

    How about this senario, see the new Macs as a triple boot machine- install Windows for specialized apps and games, Linux for more Geeky apps and programing and OSX for Music & Web surfing.

    this link can support that idea: http://arstechnica.com/journals/appl...2006/1/10/2446. and theres no reason that Linux cant run either.

    Or maybe use intel's new virtualization feature (vanderpool) run the 3 OS at the same time.

    That was the original plan. Microsoft wanted everyone to have Windows to get acquainted and comfortable with. In 10 years time, Windows dominated. Shifting to another OS will now be a very difficult task to do.

    Dili man kaayo steep ang learning curve... Since you're a mac user yourself, di ba intuitive ra man ang interface? For me, it took me just a few minutes to familiarize myself with MacOS (the i386 version anyway)

    Yup, sayon ra man ang Mac. Parehas ra man sa Windows. There's actually no big difference. It's just the aesthetic beauty of the interface and the hardware itself. And nothing more. Mas advantageous pa gani if you have Windows kay there are a lot of applications that support it. Wa man gud kaayo support sa Mac diri sa Pilipinas.

    @cebu_tux bai,
    When you say, i386... would you mean the OSX86 or simply Mac on Intel machine? Never really seen or known anyone here that has that!
