here is one: calltek has an open door policy. you can talk to any level of management, anytime and anywhere within the company premises. you can even talk to the president of the company. and calltek even has a program where in employees, especially newbies, can share their concern or issue, or comments to one of the hr personnel and everything is confidential. not all companies have that.

and then there are other things; free food, free internet but friendster, facebook, multiply has already been taken out. and other things you enjoy from a call center company.
but i think the best is the people. its easy to mingle with the people and doesnt make you feel insecure even if you are a newbie. that's just my 2 cents.

thanks for the info. I like the fact that anyone can talk to any level of the mgt. also, the free food is superb! i actually have applied there once, i passed the recruitment process and reached contract signing but i was concerned about the stability of the company since i was thinking that it was still small that time so i considered other options instead. i wonder what my life would have been like if i was working there. anyway im still enjoying my current job. good morning ;p

my pleasure. i had the same sentiment when i applied here. but you know small companies have the opportunity to grow more and calltek is already 3 years old, i think, so i guess it is already a bit stable . but nowadays we cant really know if a company is stable or not , whether its a big or small one. good morning to you too.
