Credit Card: Collection Agent Harassments

share lang ko noh, i was once harassed by these collecting agents, sige xla sulti anang RA8484 na ako naviolate nya mapriso daw ko. i researched the act and pretty much understood it. the next time nitawag nako ang agent, ako gipaexplain niya ang RA8484, nasuko nuon. meaning, wa xa kasabot sa iyang giyawit. i have also read a government blog re: this issue and as per the legal counsel, collecting agents are very kulit for them to get their "commission".

My personal bottomline to this issue are these:

TO AGENTs: Professionalism determines the longevity of your carreer.
a. I can understand very well that some will go into "deep-cut" sales because its your livelihood. Bear politeness and patience, it equates to professionalism sometimes.
b. Ug dili madala, pangita nalang mo laing trabaho bai. Dli na lalim inyong gisudlan. Pwerteng gamaya sa kita, likay-likayan pa mo.

TO CREDITORs: Pay your debt responsibly.
a. Understand that the credit system if not working as it should be, would cause collapse in the industry and worst to the national economy.

b.Understand that it is also the livelihood of the agents. Help them out, the way they had helped u out from the start. I don't believe you have not benefited from their service. It might pay to try wearing their shoes...basi masabtan nato sila. Ug dli nato hunahunaon nga commission ray giapas.

c. Remember that you are not dumb when you started enrolling in the credit card system.

TO THOSE PLANNING TO GET A CREDIT CARD
Ayaw nalang mo apil sa mga utangan bai. Gikan nako dha.
One thing ive learned..."Sayon ipanghulam, lisod ipangbayad..samot na nga lisod maningil!"
Mas maayo pang zero pirme kaysa negative na kaayo.

Credit buries us alive!
It is a cycle.. like an octopus embracing you!
The longer you stayed inside, the more tentacles will entangle you.

credit card is a curse hehehe so dont get one , mas better ang debit card

mao jud .. i totally agree with you .. gamit nako is debit card if there's something that i want na i can't afford magpuyo ko oi hehehhe
