yup i agree, the puv drivers are the most blatant example of the filipinos' lack of discipline. let's not showcase this to our visitors.

Hotels eye ‘facelift’ for Asean VIPs in summit

As early as now, Cebu’s tourism industry players, especially hotels and resorts, are starting to prepare for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) Summit, which will be held in December this year.

Department Foreign Affairs (DFA) Undersecretary Francisco Benedicto met executives of resorts and hotels in Cebu last Thursday to assess the preparedness of the province in accommodating participants to the summit, especially the 17 heads of states, who are expected to book themselves in presidential suites.

In a related article, the city government is planning to lease out Sunflower City in order to provide an exclusive leisure site for foreign media. They would also give more preference to Korean and Japanese members of media because they are Cebu's largest market of tourists..
