does adsense ban this kind of setup?

i have a site.. and its been running for bout 8 months.. and.. its not getting enough income.. so.. i decided to make it a blog also.. so.. what i did was.. trash my old index and made it a wordpress..

so there.. i have my main index [SNIP] w/ google ads on it.. i also think of putting on some download stuff.. so.. i tried to put in a subdomain.. named as download.[SNIP] i have no ads for google here. because of the TOS that says.. no illegal contents.. as i've learn torrenting or sharing movies is illegal.. so.. no ads..

my question is.. do i get banned for this? even if no ads from my subdomain?? the ads are only located on my main domain..

suggestions are accepted..

akong webspace naa mn mga mp3, pero ala ko nag mention sa main site nga naa ko mp3 sa space.. so ok pa akong earnings

To my knowledge, you can't host google ads if there's illegal content located anywhere in your domain, that's all-encompassing and includes the main domain and subdomains.

One of my sites is hosted on Bembang.com (for free, courtesy of the site owner) but adsense won't appear on my pages. Later I found out some "raunchy" images were hosted at girls dot bembang dot com so I assumed that was the cause of the problem.
