    hey guys! speaking of biggest loser, kinsay naay jillian micheals 30 day shred nga dvd ninyo? jillian is the workout instructor sa biggest loser tv show. she has a workout dvd nga short time but hardcore so great effects.

    it is available in the US and some US online stores. but di jud ko kita kung asa mapalit kung taga-pinas ka or taga cebu. i was thinking nga mgpadala nalng from a frend from US but di paman sad sila manguli diri. hahay.. tabang!!! cge nalng bro and sis. para dungan ta pagamay. hehe

    do it for urself, not for the money...coz if wala nay money, balik nasd ka sa usual habit nimu coz humana ang imu goal... kanang pagpaniwang, naa rana sa ato kung mag self discpline ka kaya ra kau na maski way money coz ur motivation is to have a good physique...

    wala na tay paki kung mutambuk og balik ang makadaog..

    ang best na motivation kai naa man jud na sa imong kaugalingon pero additional motivations kai oki raman sad tingali..

    mao btaw ingon ko na kung mapildi ko kai oki ra sad nako kai nidaot man ko..

    nya kung di na nako ipadayon kai ako nanang problema..

    ang pagsugod man jud ang lisud gud.. ang pag maitain kai lahi nasad na..
