Powder coating nani imo bro andz? abi nako if magpa powder coat ka apilon jud the whole out and inside. Nag inquire ko ana sa mga mo powder coat they said apilon jud daw tanan so correct me if I am not wrong.

I haven't powder-coated my case yet, i said "things to do.." lol! If it was it would be all black interior now, as you can see from the pic its still not coated:



When you powdercoat your the one that decides which part to coat, you can just bring your interior cage(of course after disassembling the your case which is tiring) and bring it to the shop and have it coated.

This is the P80's Interior Cage/Skeleton or whatever you call it:

Classic case of case painting not done right. No sanding, no priming, no top coat-->PHAIL



I need to redo the painting. Sanding using a drill with steel brush tip.




I've decided against painting this myself. So, powedercoating it is.
Here is my case reassembled ready for powdercoating. Practically scraped to metal.




I hope powdercoating is worth it. From the looks of what EarlZ has done, it looks like it.

Even with sanding/priming/double coating, spray painting will peel sooner or later, powder coating is hard to scratch even intentionally.

Worth it kaayo siya for the cost just make sure you triple check every square inch of your case, as they missed a spot on my VGA bracket and some sides of the screws were not coated.. good thing they do back jobs for free but the travel time / distance is still a PIA. I had the Matte black done on all parts of my casing.
