well, para nko... THE BEST jud ang SYKES ASIA...super nice ang environment ug ang people...
we are family here...wlay pressure...

yes, at first it was like that but ever since new "people" arrived and tried to change things to their own way, that's when the feeling of family was gone. maybe for few people they can still feel that. and then things happened, there was mass resignation, people that have been with the company from the start were resigning and transferred to another company. i dont think sykes is the best. siguro before the new building and new management, but not anymore....

Nice jd ang CallTek. I never expect it to be this nice. Unlimited food(bread, rebisco cookies and other cookies) and drinks(coffee, milo and juice) plus one free meal(lahi lahi ang putahe everyday). The owners, dli lang kay mag barug barug, mo duol nimo den mangumusta sa imo mga calls, ok ba ang imo gi kaon na food, pangitaon ka kung wla ka nka attend sa mga party..hehehe. Basta naay party ang company, apilan jd ang mga agents nga nag work, padalhan jd ug food sa office. Basta nice jd dri. Not to mention maka browse almost all websites...

BUT, you have to pass first exam and interviews..hehehe
