I think pwede ni ninyo i-raise nga 'request' sa management if this can make the employees happy.
You can organize a meeting: agent's representative(s), IT, and management to discuss the pros and cons of giving you the privilege of accessing fs and fb again.

I understand that there may be various technical reasons ngano gi-blocked ni nga mga sites, but - employees' happiness can not be disregarded no matter how 'little' it is. Better be heard - and not get what you want. At least you know that you tried. You can channel this thru your TL and then to your sups.

Just a thought.
