    bro, lisod man ang depression .. ug dili nimu matambalan sa "over-the-counter-drugs" .. the best nimu bro, go to a psychiatrist, don't worry sa mga negative comments sa uban kay ngari ra ba sa atoa, ug moadto ug psychiatrist negatibo na kaayo ang opinion .. maka maayo na nimu .. ang psychiatrist ra ang makahatag nimu ug prescription sa tambal nga imung kinahanglan .. dili tanang depression parepareho ang tambal nga kinahanglan ..

    get a dog. Theyll love u unconditionally. Hit the gym. Exercise really helps and works best with gym buddies. Funny movies. Laugh. Find funny threads. Get a hobby. Read a book. Get into music or art or poetry.

    may be you're just confused between boredom and depression. if you're depressed for no apparent reason, maybe u need to see a doctor. That might be hormonal or manic depression related.

    There's a very thin line between insanity and depression so i'd protect my self-esteem if i wer u. Have fun.
