the issue here is about international security. unfortunately, you are not living in a world of nations treating each other equally. there is at least one country which dominates and that is, brother, the United States of America. so if US tells you NOT to do a thing, then DON'T do the effin thing. if you violate, consequences are harsh. if you obey, then all is good.

all states are sovereign state and no states can dictate another, but at the present time the worlds still consider US as major power and world police... international politcs has no laws, even international laws can be easily take for granted... but at least it gives room for some order and peace in international politics...

As a world police the rest of the world look at US for proper implementation of international laws especially in terms of punishments... but as a sovereign state it is still up to US who to punish...


Now satellites has many usage... one of them is communication and espionage... Nokor having their own satellite in some way is posing danger to any South KOrean maybe or Japan or even US... what is more dangerous is if what was launched was not actually a satellite but merely a test...

so do you think a soverign state such as US, and Japan would just watch a danger unfolding... i think NO... as major super power they would influence world orders to condemn Nokor's actions... but they may talk to KIm JUng IL but i doubt such a crazy person will listen... just maybe...Obama is different from BUsh...
