Globe, Cheating us with our pre-paid loads?

I noticed that after sending 4-5 messages on another globe number with my prepaid account my P20 load is gone, and when globe rewards will inform you that you were given a fee P10 load, i still cannot send any messages with the said free load, is globe cheating on us or is something wrong with my sim card and it needs changing ?

hmmm... maybe you should deactivate all promos from globe. I'm a globe user and so far ok rman siya.
