i think sa karon diri,you can track asa dapit na area but in terms of specific location,unless gps capable na iyang fone, dili siya possible.. like mabolo area or banawa area kay ang tracking sa mga network kay through their base stations raman,i mean kung asa ka na base station temporarily connected.. naa man to smart and globe tracker sauna but di gihapon nimo magamit unless nakaregister pud toh iya fone for the tracking service.. kung naa ka kaila sa gloobe or smart or whatever network,pwede,hehe..
